Cancellations & Refunds

Plans change, and we will always try to be fair. Here is how cancellations and refunds work, and the request tool that reviews your request on the spot. The full policy is in our Terms & Conditions.

Bookings: 72-hour rule

Boarding and Residential Recall bookings cancelled at least 72 hours before the start receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a fee, as the dates were held for your dog.

Courses & credits: 5-day rule

Online courses and ask answer credit packs are refundable at our sole discretion within the first five days of purchase. Only unused credits are refundable; spent credits cannot be refunded. Credits never expire.

How refunds arrive

Agreed refunds go back to your original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, processed securely through Stripe.

Sign in and pick the purchase below. Your request is reviewed instantly against the policy above: if it cannot be accepted you will see exactly why, free of charge. If it is approved, Don processes your refund through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days, or can add credit to your account instead if you prefer.

Good to know: refunds cannot cover issues caused by a third-party product or service. Where a refund is agreed it covers the eligible amount only, for example the unused remainder of a credit pack. For the complete policy, see our Terms & Conditions.
