🧰 Every Claude skill you have
48 skills, grouped by where they come from. Tick the ones you’ve actually used so you can see what you’re not touching yet.
The short version
A skill is a saved set of instructions Claude follows for one job. You run one by typing /name in Claude Code, or just by describing the job in plain English, and the right skill fires on its own.
Eight of these are yours , written for your business. The rest ship with Claude Code, your Anthropic account, or the Operations plugin.
Want a new one? Type /skill-creator and describe the job.
One thing to fix: five connections need re-authorising before the skills that depend on them will work: Higgsfield , Asana, Atlassian, Notion and Slack. Higgsfield is the one that matters, because /sighthound-course-video cannot generate anything without it. Reconnect from an interactive Claude session, then it works again.

🐾 Your own skills 8
Built for The Sighthound Guy. Stored on this Mac in ~/.claude/skills/
/daily-video Posts the day’s boarding video to /client-videos/. Finds the newest Vimeo upload, works out from the owner calendar which dogs were actually in it, sets the right client audience, checks it plays, then offers the WhatsApp round.
/gen-image-cli Generates images through the Codex desktop app and saves them into ./images/ in whatever folder you’re working in. Good for OG cards and cover images. Needs the Codex app signed in.
/ig-comments Walks your recent Instagram posts, reads every comment, and drafts a reply to each one in your voice. Nothing posts until you approve it.
/imessage Sends and reads iMessages from this Mac through Messages.app and Contacts. Sends from whichever account is signed in here.
/quickbooks-audit Full bookkeeping pass for K9 Exclusive Walks Ltd. Categorises the bank feed, hunts receipts across Downloads, Documents, Gmail, Mail.app and vendor portals, reconciles to the chart of accounts. Proposes first, never posts blind.
/s24-offload Backs the S24 Ultra up over USB, then clears photos and videos older than a day so the phone stops filling up.
/sighthound-course-video The whole course video pipeline: script, photoreal storyboard, your approval gate, image to video clips, British voiceover, then an exact length master MP4 plus a branded storyboard page. NEEDS HIGGSFIELD
/voice-over Reads a script back in your own cloned voice, sentence by sentence so you can retake any line, then delivers a stitched master to ~/Claude/voice-notes/.
🛠️ Your project commands 4
Live in ~/Claude/.claude/commands/ and only work inside the Claude workspace
📄 Documents and admin 11
Skills attached to your Anthropic account
/docx Creates, reads and edits Word documents. Letters, reports, templates, letterheads, tracked changes.
/pdf Anything to do with PDFs: reading them, merging, splitting, filling forms, watermarking, or OCR on a scan so it becomes searchable.
/pptx Builds and edits slide decks, including speaker notes and templates.
/xlsx Spreadsheets. Opens, fixes and builds .xlsx and .csv files, adds formulas and charts, cleans up messy exports.
/skill-creator Makes a new skill, or improves one you already have. This is how the eight above got written.
/schedule Sets up a task that runs on its own: every morning, once next Tuesday, hourly. This is what drives your calendar syncs and the daily Stripe check.
/morning Your morning brief as a proper page rather than a wall of text. Can be set to run itself every weekday.
/consolidate-memory Goes through everything Claude remembers about your business, merges duplicates, fixes anything gone stale, prunes the index. Worth running now and then.
/import-memory Pulls a memory export out of another AI assistant and folds it into Claude’s memory.
/explain-usage Shows where this session’s usage actually went, in a chart and in plain language.
/setup-cowork Guided setup for connecting tools and installing plugins that match how you work.
📊 Operations plugin 9
Business process skills. Prefix each one with operations:
/operations:capacity-plan Works out whether the work coming up actually fits the people you have, before you commit to it.
/operations:change-request Writes up a proposed change with its impact and a rollback plan, ready for sign off.
/operations:compliance-tracking Tracks compliance duties and audit readiness. GDPR is the relevant one for you.
/operations:process-doc Gets a process out of your head and onto paper: flowchart, who owns what, the exceptions nobody wrote down.
/operations:process-optimization Takes a process that feels slow and finds where the time is actually going.
/operations:risk-assessment Builds a risk register for a project, vendor or decision, with what to do about each one.
/operations:runbook Turns a job you do from memory into exact repeatable steps, with troubleshooting and rollback.
/operations:status-report A status report with the numbers, the risks and what needs deciding.
/operations:vendor-review Reviews a supplier properly: real cost, risk, and whether to renew, replace or renegotiate.

Nothing matches. Try fewer words.
Where they live: your own eight are in ~/.claude/skills/, the project commands in ~/Claude/.claude/commands/. The rest come from your Anthropic account, the Operations plugin, and Claude Code itself.
You don’t have to remember the names. Describing the job in plain English fires the right skill. The slash names are just the quick route.
Ticks are saved in this browser only, so they follow the device, not the account.
